What type/style/material is that 😳? It's pretty cool and unique.
Thanks!! Back in early May Truman had Concord Horse Rump rough-out MTO for about 2 hours before it sold out (i think it was less than 5 pairs available but not 100% sure). I was lucky enough to get in and this is the result. Just arrived a short time ago. Here'a a quick shot in the sun with my jeans in a ridiculous position:

My first shell boots. They're perfect as they are and ready for the winters.

@armedferret I've never seen anything close to this. Does it look like the color has been 'patina' worn in real life? Its look very unique.

It's difficult to describe, but that's one way of putting it yes. One friend said it's like marbled shell without being shell, if that makes sense, but with far bolder contrast. Another said it's as if they injected the dye under the skin and into the cardiovascular system prior to the horse's expiration (paraphrasing) which....albeit a bit dark way of thinking the logical side of my brain can understand how he got there.
They're absolutely fantastic, if only a bit stiff and needing several (short) periods of wear to help break in. But that's a good sign they'll hang around for a while before needing a new set of Vibrams.
