Sure thing, just could not find the trousers besides a few resales on Ebay with smaller sizes. Were they a limited collection?
To be honest, it’s been awhile since I picked these up, you know how it is when you buy clothes. At least for me anyway, when I buy clothes it’s just another purchase nothing too memorable about it. I must admit it’s different when I buy shoes, I take more note, but clothes not so much.

Chili is easy to bulk out with pulses and lentils. You get the same sort of umami flavor from the mince, plenty of protein but less fat.
The same goes for a bolognese type sauce; plenty of veg, bake some aubergines and tomatoes first and add them to the sauce.

Yeah, but fat isn't bad for you. The type of fat you'd get from beef or chicken or pork is generally good fat. Yes, there are some saturated fats that we should be more sparing with, but fat is an essential nutrient.
