As far as black denim I'd concerned I've always found it far inferior to indigo denim in all situations but one.

I'm an avid Chelsea fans and the royal blue kit looks much better with black than it does with indigo.
Look MUCH better on fire tho!

There's a number of things that I like about these boots. The fact that I've been meaning to get a split toe boot for one, the fact that the apron is hand
sewn is two, they are in grain is always a plus, and the fact that this Last works so well is another.

What was that one guy (@BootSpell ) trying to say about me and boots? LOL

Were not a Liverpool or Arsenal, we don't burn our shirts!

I used to like Chelsea till Mourinho got there. Barcelona will be the 1st team to win the UCL twice in a row.

To keep this relevant, they all wear soccer/football boots.

Thank you sir.

I just got on the computer to post these when I saw your post. LOL

I'm actually surprised how long I took to pull the trigger, but I'm really glad I did now.

I am crazy for this boot. I had in mind to get it in Arran grain, but after Tallcane show that Chesnut hatch...I am even more crazy about it. My problem...I do not have the money yet

My wait will be long. No problem.

You know what looks awesome with indigo denim?
My Fabregas shirt.

You're welcome to him. He wouldn't even get a game by us with our midfield. However, despite the fact I think he's barely human, we'd gladly take Costa off your hands.

For a awhile there for me it was between the EG Nevis and the G&G Thorpe. The main attraction of the Nevis was it was more known to me (fit wise) since I have more EG boots and shoes. I only had one pair of G&G shoes and that is on a different Last. Basically the reasons I chose the Thorpe was because it's more different than what I already have and I find the Thorpe to be a more attractive boot than the Nevis and this in part may be because it's more different than what I already have. See I already have a Mahogany CC Dover and although it's on the 202 not the 606 Last that and the Nevis in Mahogany CC would be too much alike. If I where like @Tallcane and I already had a Isham in Chestnut hatch on the MH71 then I might want to make a different decision. Although I like the Isham he has, the shoe and the boot combination are too much alike. As it is now my Dover and Thorpe are different enough in color Last that it makes enough difference so it's much easier too enjoy them both a whole lot more.
