Has anyone here had any experience with Bookster's M2M trousers? Thanks in advance.

I have their trousers as part of a suit. I was happy with them. I got them unfinished at the hem for the local alterations man to hem to the length my wife had pinned.

I'm wondering in specific about their ability to copy the cut of a favourite pair of mine. Did you guys have them measure you in person or were they working off of a pattern?

I had them measure me in person, although, I didn't give them a pair of trousers to copy the pattern from, so they used their own. If you're new to ordering tweed trousers, be warned that the thickness of the fabric has a bit of an impact upon their fit in the waist. I ordered a 30 waist because I like my trousers baggy in the Skye fabric. (I'm really a 28) and the trousers ended up fitting perfectly rather than baggy which was fine, but just remember to leave a little bit of room.

just received two pairs of trousers they made for me this week based on their MTM pattern (which I really like). really impressed with the fit, finish etc. I agree with the comments from other members that their natural style is fairly "tight fitting" (due to the thickness of the fabric) and you may want to add a bit to the waist measurement if you like a looser fit. I have been very happy with their work.

I ordered a red moleskins last year and in january a pair of mid grey flannel trousers, both with my own measurements. Even though, it took some time to get them finished, I'm absolutely satisfied with the quality. BTW, I made the same experience with the waist fittings as Marcellionheart.
