That's probably impossible with US production.

But given the relatively cheap price of their oxford cloth and such, I don't think you're that far off.

How's the sizing run on these compared to say, chucks/clarks?

I'd imagine I would wear the same size?

I checked them out and they don't fell too sturdy. To top it off, they have a big made in china stamp on the tongue. What's up with that?

I couldn't find a Sperry thread, so I'll ask my question here:

Does anyone know where to find the Authentic Original topsider in navy? It seems to be sold out everywhere.

Anyone find the boots to run smaller than the shoes?

I got a pair of the shoes and a pair of the boots in the same size from the Gilt sale, but the boots are a little too small while the shoes are fine.

I called Gilt today and luckily they had a half size larger in stock which I bought, but now I'm a little worried even a half size up will be too small.

chronoaug, do you wear the same size in the Sperry as you do in other brands?

I'm an 11/44 in Common Projects, Paul Smith, Converse, MOMA but a 12 in sport shoes.

They look similar to a pair of redwing workboots. Go with those because you can work in them if you have to and they are Made in USA.

I like these boots too, however $400 is out of the question.
