Anybody who has ordered from them can you tell me about how long it took for you to get your order? Also, were there any problems with the shoes getting through customs? I recently purchased a pair of C&J Lowndes from there and am anxiously awaiting them arriving.

I've ordered from them several times, and the service has always been great. Though I'm in LA, I've never waited more than 7-10 days from the time I placed the order to delivery, and I've never had problems with customs.

Thanks for the reply. I am in San Fran so I would imagine I would have about the same time frame for delivery.

7-10 days. Typically no problem with customs, though that depends somewhat on the inspector. Bodileys also uses the Royal Mail as opposed to a private carrier so there are no clearing charges.

As I've posted before, Bodileys has outstanding customer service. If you have any problems, let Sarah know and she will see you right.

Yes, I have been in contact with Sarah and she has been very helpful answering my questions concerning sizing, etc. Always very quick to get back with me. I initially was going to use Pediwear and while they initially provided me a quick response and asked for a little bit more information they never responded to any of my subsequent emails. Been over three days and they never replied. Bodileys has been much more pleasant to deal with.

Agreed. You may pay a bit more for C&Js from Bodileys than from Pediwear, but IMO the superior customer service is worth the extra money.

Actually, the last few times I looked, the prices were exactly the same. Bodiley's prices include free shipping, too, even for orders being sent out of the UK.

Yes, I was prepared to order through Bodiley's even if they were more but when I checked they were exactly the same price. However, since Bodiley's includes free shipping they might actually be less. Not sure if Pediwear includes free shipping or not.

very good experience with them -- took less than a week as I recall for the shoes to arrive...

I've ordered Lowndes and Selbornes form them and nothing but a positive experience. I can second that Sarah is great to work with. Agreed on 7-10 days.

Just email Sarah & ask. She will let you know whether they have your shoe in stock or whether she had to get it from C&J's factory in which case it will take a few days more. Otherwise 5 business days.

Pediwear can be cheaper because of their price match minus 5%.
