I'm getting a pair of Sperry topsiders and was wonder if I should get Classic Brown Oatmeal or Navy?

The brown will be more versatile. If this is your only pair of boat shoes, then I'd get brown.

Where are you getting them from? Boatersworld.com as the authentic originals for only $40.

Anyway, between the navy and brown, go brown. You also might look at the sahara ones (slightly lighter brown w/tan sole).
