There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Sopranos and Wire did not end abruptly. Sopranos ran 7 seasons and it was time, he wire was always planned for only 5 per the creator. OZ also ran for a long time but oz was odd because it was one of HBO's first shows and they were still figuring out how to make it work.

I wish Rome would have gotten its planned treatment. Hopefully this one will end well.

Agree. Not to mention that ridiculous line that Nucky says after he kills him.

Season 1, and 2 were great. I tuned out after 3.

I am one of the few Jimmy-haters. Never liked the acting from the very beginning.

I thought the show really stumbled once they killed him off. However, the lead-up to that was kinda stupid, with him trying to take down Nucky with the Commodore, Nuck's brother, & his group. You knew the whole time that Nucky would survive, he was the lead character and face of the show after all.

FWIW, I think this season has been phenomenal so far. Kinda pissed that they're ending it so soon.

Not a fan of the flashbacks. Surprised no one here has commented on Nucky's new muscle.

Looks good. HBO seems to do a good job choosing which shows to green light.

I'm not, either, but giving the writers the benefit of the doubt that they might pay off somehow.

Man this thread is deader than Chalky and Van Alden. Probably not a good sign for the show this season.

Van Alden's death was well done. Chalky's was stupid..."Just wanted to hear your voice." You mean you ain't want that booty? Come on.

I actually thought the Van Alden death was a bit random and Chalky was so so.

IDK honestly i know they are wrapping things up but its just so random.

I still don't remember WTF happened with chalky and narcisse.

Was that chalky's wife? Daughter? They should have just left his ass in jail and ended that story.

    Sucks to be Eli.

Van Alden rage death was good.

This show will go down as one of the most pointless ever.

The intro theme is worst of all time.

Pretty much reflects my feelings about the show. It's a goddamned hodgepodge!

Is this show worth taking past Season 1? Watched it a while back and was really excited to start S2 but my interest dropped off rapidly.
