Brand new with tags Blue Blue Japan Sashiko 2 Button Blazer that I purchased from Japan but is too small for me. Usually Blue Blue Japan jackets retail for over $400 and are Okura-dyed so should have some nice fades over time. Single vent in rear. 100% cotton.

Measurements are roughly as follows:
Shoulders: 16.5"
Chest: 19.5"
Waist: 18.25"
Sleeve: 24"
