Purchased these a while back but my style has changed and they are a little too sleek for me now. They are from Barneys New York, in 888 last, E width (which is a US D). Comes with original box and bags.

Note the shoes have been tried on briefly indoors but aside from very light creasing on the vamp, but no signs of usage otherwise on heels.
