I have never tried Carols Santos and was wondering if this last tends to run narrow? I am usually a 10 D/E in various Allen Edmonds last, would a 9UK in this boot be comparable?

This boot is in 316 last, which is quite generous. The fitting advise is wearing same size of your Carmina Rain last. If you wear US10 on Allen Edmond, I believe UK9 should fit you.
