I got this off ebay. I am selling it for the price I paid for. Here's the original content:

Blue Plaid Bespoke Suit

Jacket Description:

Up for auction is a very elegant TWO PIECE Men’s SUIT, from T.G. Hammond, bespoke atelier out of London. Exceptional quality in craftsmanship and material.

This garment is crafted out of mid weight wool and styled in the 2 button fashion. The fabric is blue - gray in color, check with brown accent. The entire suit is in clean, EXCELLENT pre-owned condition, with no notable flaws. The sleeve buttons are all sham, so the sleeves could be let out if need be. The trousers are very slim, fit is closest to a pair of the Levi's 511 jeans. I would not recommend this suit to anyone that is looking for a conservatively fitting suit. As is, this suit is very trendy/modern looking. The pants can be let back out at the inseams, if desired.

The jacket is FULLY LINED in silk, with dual side vents. Fits as a 39-40 Reg. I do not recommend having the jacket reduced, though there is plenty of material to let the dimensions out. Classic english tapered waist & silhouette.

Pants Description:

These pants feature darted flat-front styling and are unlined. They are hemmed with turn-up cuffs at 1.25 inches.

They are not equipped with buttons for suspenders/braces, nor beltloops, but rather have side-adjustment straps. Max. current waist is 35" and can be cinched to 33" or so.

Jacket Measurements:
Chest: 43" Measured around chest (under arm seam to under arm seam, then doubled).
Sleeve: 24" Measured from upper shoulder seam to end of cuff.
Shoulders: 18.5"
Length: 30.5" BOC

Pants Measurements:
Waist: 35"(max) Measured flat across the waistline (side seam to side seam, then doubled).
Top to Bottom: 42.5" Total length of pants from waist to cuff.
Extra Waist Material: 1.5" Extra material to let out waistline if needed.
Extra Inseam Material: 2.5"
Extra material to let out inseam if needed.
Rise: 11" The distance between the crotch and waistband on front of pants.
Inseam: 32" Measured from the top of the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.
