These are basically brand new, although they look like I've worn them - which I did twice around the house. I've kept them as a remnant of the store, but in a box of clothes that I don't wear. All they need is a simple dry clean or wear them as they are. My apologies for the terrible photo's. These are definitely some waxed out denim.
* I believe these are the Sunset Hotel Jean when looking at photo's that are identical to the denim- but I honestly don't know what they called them.
From Blackbird Ballard: "DETAILS: Denim with a smooth matte wax finish. Features include four front pocket etched rivets and speaker symbol buttons. These jeans are cut slim straight, run true-to-size and fit nearly anyone. You can wear them loose or tight, and the lengths are generous, but not outrageous. They will stretch about a half size, so size down if you like to wear them tight."
From Selectism: "Blackbird continue their expansion with this pair of jeans, named the ‘Sunset Hotel Jean’. Named after the former residents of Blackbird’s Ballard location, the actual Sunset Hotel used to house sailors, heroin addicts and prostitutes. The jeans themselves are understated, with no detailing bar some rivets to speak of. They’re slim cut and use denim from North Carolina."
*There is what I think was wax shown in the pictures that I cleaned off*
Feel free to PM me with any questions.
Cheers!
