I'm thinking about buying these for some reason lol.
I know the quality is probably shit and will throw them away when they wear down.
But for some reason, I want a pair of black suede loafers.

I really like this guy's outfit and think they would work here (he has on navy suede loafers).

Any suggestion for maybe a better quality black suede loafer under $200?
No pennys or bit loafers. I dont have a tassel and I think a tassel would work best with black suede.

I got a pair from Florsheim a couple of years ago for about $180. No penny strap, no tassel. I knew they wouldn't get much wear but I bought them to finish off a 'dressed down black tie' rig, which includes black tuxedo strides and a velvet jacket. Probably not the kind of outfit that you're going for but the shoes are very nice and it's probably worthwhile spending the extra money than getting a throwaway pair. I think navy suede would be more versatile. AE do a nice penny style in navy suede called Cavanaugh IIRC which can be had for less than $200.
