Hi,

as the title suggested I’m looking for a designer or shoemaker that makes comfortable simple black penny loafer that I can wear for a long period for working. There are a lot of shoemakers and designers that makes black penny loafer, so I’m just quite lost... The issue I have with loafer is my instep, most of the loafer I tried really digs into my instep when I tried on. Also, I had issue with heel and the side of my feet when broken in the shoes.

In terms of shape I think a round toe loafer will do, don’t really want it to be sleek and chiseled toe. Just want a versatile loafer.

Thank you for your suggestions

As you mentioned, nearly every maker offers a loafer of some sort. It is hard to know what will fit you so without the benefit of trying on, we can just list some of our favorite options.

Without knowing your budget, I can name some loafers I consider classics.
