Black denim that could pass for black pants. Recommendations?

Hello, I'm new...

I'm looking for a pair of black jeans. I have SJDB but they have orange stiching all over the place, additionally, they show too much of the light denim underneath. Something with the coloring of black Levis' 560....black matte color. Something that might barely pass as black pants (something a waiter might wear with a tux shirt and a bow tie):

Minimal stiching (tasteful back pocket stiching is O.K.)
Something much nicer and better fitting than black Levis 560
Nothing uneven, slubby or hairy
Mid to higher rise (Looks better with shirt tucked in than low rise IMO)
Straight leg...No taper...No boot cut

I know in general what I've described may sound lame, like something Metalica would wear in the 80's. But one thing I've noticed playing in a jazz band for 2 years is that all the musicians seem to wear this kind of black denim to bar gigs. They are all a generation older than me ( they are all in their mid 50's ), they all know each other and have played with each other countless times. I think they do the black denim thing because when they started out in the 70's or 80's, "blue jeans" were unacceptable for a jazz gig so they wore black jeans. This also allowed them to be both casual or dressy for a gig by switching up the shirt and shoes...I've seen them wear only Levis or Lee so it maybe just that they are middle aged and still dressing like it's the 80's...I really don't know. I feel a little out of place wearing blue denim to a gig regardless of how much nicer and more expensive it is.

I appreciate any recommendations. Thanks and sorry for the long first post

I have a pair of black Acne jeans--I don't know the name of the fit unfortunately--that exactly fit this description. Matte black, very unobtrusive gray stitching, blank back pockets, good fit. They have a little detailing on the fly which signals that they're jeans, but I've even worn them to church.

Also my APC overdyed black NS were perfect this way--but they've since faded to an almost purple indigo color.

I've got a pair of black Levi's premium straight-leg from a few years ago that fits the bill. It's the Hesher cut, I think. What size are you?

They might be the Mic Ravens, which I believe I've seen on both Barneys and Matthew Izzo. The Mic is a great jean.
