Black Clark's DB's? Ay or nay?

Aye or nay? I was planning on wearing them with some darker colored pants (maybe even black...maybe), and a collared shirt.
Also if I wear a 9 what should I get in these. I love in a remote part of Georgia :( and I have no idea what common stores would have them so I may try them on. Also, best places to get collared shirts. I usually try H&M.

Also I'm 16 and a student. I have track practice every day until 7PM, so I have no job until the summer, and any money I have is saved up. And I'm new to the forum, so hello.
