Size 35 Bills Khakis pants in the M3 fit. This is Bills "trim" fit, which isn't super trim. These are a spring/summer poplin material. The color is your typical whitish khaki color that is sometimes referred to as stone or oyster (not pure white).

These are factory seconds pants. The flaw marked by Bills is a horizontal line in the texture of the pants in the upper area a few inches below the waistband. It is marked with a red piece of tape in the pics. I don't even really consider this a flaw, just a little character in the texture. However, I also discovered a small smudge on the seat of the pants that looks like it could be pen ink. I believe this mark could easily be greatly faded or completely removed in the wash. It is not an ugly/nasty stain, just a little mark. See pic with red arrow pointing to this smudge.

Please pay attention to measurements as I find Bills cut slightly tighter in the waist than other brands. As a comparison, a 35 Bills is 1" smaller than my Lands End 35s (less vanity sizing).

Waist: 36" this measurement is taken with the pants buttoned, laid flat, and measured from each outside tip of the waistband. I held the waist band taut, but not forcibly stretched.

Inseam: 39.5" (unfinished)

$42 flat, includes shipping, US buyers only.

I guarantee I will ship within 2 business days of receiving payment. I will email you a scanned copy of a USPS receipt with a tracking #. I'm a responsive person and you can count on me to handle the transaction professionally. I've also been on ebay since about 2001 and have 471 100% positive feedback mostly as a buyer, but occasionally as a seller (ebay ID tfrye724).

Feel free to ask any questions at all. I will answer promptly. Don't hesitate to ask if you need any more info, pics, measurements, etc.
