1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

    There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    shallowness and absence of curiosity..

    Agreed on these. Sometimes I think that a large component of "intelligence" is simply curiosity. People who do not have an enthusiasm for new ideas and experiences get tiresome very quickly.

    A bad personality can take a 10 down to a zero pretty quickly.

    Strangely, a good personality can only take a girl up about 1 point on the scale though. Funny how that works.

    Problem is, of course, that bad personality/poor attitude often goes hand in hand with good looks.

    And your second point is so true, as well as so sad - both for the man and the not-so-hot girl. I wish it were otherwise.

    I don't have that many turn offs when it comes to random hook ups. On the contrary, if there is a connection, I tell myself that the woman is much hotter than she is.

    For dating / relationship material:

    - bad job;
    - not educated;
    - small boobs;
    - too skinny;
    - tattoos;
    - a smoker;
    - bad teeth;
    - dirty toes / fingernails;
    - zits;
    - shitty personality;
    - religious zealots;
    - cheap

    and the list goes on and on...

    People who talk to much. I need to be comfortable with you just sitting in silence.

    Forced conversation. When I'm with someone I'm comfortable with, conversation just happens.

    Stupidity - there is no amount of sex appeal that can overcome this defect.

    For all the rest, you can have plastic surgery, weight-loss workouts, yoga, a dentist, and a therapist on speed dial, but you can't fix stupid.

    lol This reminds me, a member of my team used to say that the only thing he wanted in a girl was a good personality and that anything else would'nt matter... Offcourse he was a couple of years away from becoming a licensed plastic surgeon, so he figured he could just rebuild the girl to his specs[IMG]

    Not particularly. To me, guido's are like aborted babies. Never known, and not worth knowing.
