1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

There's also a BOOKOFF in New York at 14 East 41st Street... and in LA, San Diego, etc.

They don't seem to have many magazines anymore and you have to deal with local babaa....

Yeah, I just read that they've become decidedly more "americanized" in the last five years...

Oh well - there's always Kinokuniya! [IMG]

I like Men's Knuckle better than Mens Egg. Always has sex tips in the back, complete with topless AV Idol giving the hints (or is it getting the tips?)

I may end up in the spring issue of Brutus magazine. The editor aproached me in Shibuya when I was talking to some friends in front of the station. He gave me his card and explained that he would want me to model suits for a future issue (probably spring time). He then took a few photos of me and my info. That would make for one hell of a WAYWN post.

Just ordered the latest issues of Men's Ex, Leon and Free & Easy from Kinokuniya . I just love those magazines. GQ, Esquire and the others are such a dissapointment by comparison.

The San Francisco Kinokuniya Bookstore customer service is amazing. I just call them and they ship my style porno. It always arrives the very next day and they are always so nice about it. Just got the September issue of Free& Easy, Leon and Men's Ex.

The September issue of Leon was pretty lacking, maybe one good section on "manly" jackets or something I think. Free & Easy and Men's Ex were great.

Kinokuniya is good for some thing. Also bookstore of Mitsuwa. Japanese menswear magazines very good!
    Japanese pornography is very particular.

Leon hasn't been very good for the past year or so... probably advertiser influence...

The Oct. issue of Men's Ex is pretty good, look out for that one. Lots of great fall/winter suits in it.

Of the 4 magazines Leon was the weakest. You are right, it isn't as good this last year. They seemed to have better in-depth photo essays in situations -bar, poolside, travel, etc. And, more cute girls with older handsome men [IMG]

Free & Easy is remarkable, IMO. Men's Club is quite new to me but very enjoyable.

So I'm about to order more Japanese style porno from Kinokuniya in SF.

Aside from Men's Ex and Men's Club, is there anything you can recommend? Leon has been disappointing lately. Any others to get?

May take a couple of days but I could drop by the book shop and see what's on the shelf at the moment. Just suits and whatnot or are you interested in casual wear also?
