From Left to Right:
Vass U last Chukka
Ditto on the above. I have some Grenson masterpieces that look just like the Greshams and are my go-to boots for jeans. That said, any of those boots would look great with jeans.
I agree with that ordering, too, but the Gresham are a truly wonderful way to show some understated personal taste and edge.
Vass (like the last, extreme versatility)
Vass all the way. I'm in the minority of those who don't find the conservative-ness of EG/C&J that appealing.
gresham's the only one I'd buy or wear...
But then I only wear cowboy boots.
I like them in the order the pictures appear.
I am partial to chukkas and not such a fan of chelsea boots.
wow, that Gresham belongs in a museum. what a beautilful shoe.
I really do not like the shape of the EG boots. That bulge on the top just looks unsightly to me, like your foot has a hump. The Vass boot looks great, but I'm not sure how it would work with jeans.
#1 - Gresham
#2 - Newmarket
#3 - Vass
Vass all the way.
It's no secret that I certainly like C&J and EG, but in this comparison Vass beats the competition hands down. I consider the other two boots dead boring.
Loving that Gresham. IMHO Chelseas just lack a certain something, they're too plain, I think the buckle on Jodphur boots finishes it nicely.
Looking at some Gucci Jodphurs myself atm...
