The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. Close second to Unforgiven.

Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid is my favorite by far, followed by the Man with No Name series, Wild Bunch, Johnny Guitar, and McCabe and Mrs. Miller.

I'm old enough to remember and appreciate a lot of the older westerns, but Unforgiven and Tombstone are two of my absolute favorites. Also, while it's not a "movie", Lonesome Dove was awesome.

Sergio is a true master i love the good/bad but "Once upon a time in the West" and "Fist Full Of Dynamite" is a bit better in my opinion

Tombstone...hands down, without a doubt, no if, ands, or buts about it.

Distant second would have to be either Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, or The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly.

I'll probably take some **** for this, but Tombstone was good pretty much solely because Kilmer was a totally badass Doc Holliday.

Re: Unforgiven - "Well, he should have armed himself if he's going to decorate his saloon with my friend" is maybe my favorite movie quote.

Once Upon a Time in the West
The culmination of all of Sergio's works plus the mind-boggling Morricone soundtrack.
Charles Bronson was never better either, The DVD with the extras and interviews is priceless.

Totally agree with this. Otherwise, would have just been Kurt Russel with a cheesy mustache.

No love for Silverado?

He's so good that when he's offscreen I wait impatiently for him to come back.

Usually I put the movie on and just watch his scenes. The best thing Val has ever done, by far.

It's quite a convincing portrayal of me.
