I am looking for high quality pants, shirts, sweaters. What I would like to do here is find the people/brands/vendors that are giving a great value for the money. Quality fabric is the most important step. Under $60 for shirts. only italian, swiss, german manufacturers

"I am looking for 'high quality' clothes made from 'quality fabric' in Italy, Switzerland, or Germany but I don't want to pay what it would actually cost to make these garments in those countries by people earning decent wages."

Your best bet is to buy used/vintage (e.g. eBay) or discounters like Yoox. Beware that at these price points (e.g. $60 shirts, if you are talking about retail prices), the clothing is often either made by foreign workers in Europe or is largely made in low-cost countries and then finished in Western European countries to get the "Made in Italy" (or whatever) label. Good luck.

I want a Ferrari Daytona under 5000 pounds...Both are fairytales but not saying that bit can't be done.

If it hasn't settled in yet: the answer is they don't exist. There are no pants that match all of that criteria unless you thrift.

The request as worded is obviously absurd but if one wants decent chinos for lowest possible prices (like 40€ a pair) I can strongly recommend Uniqlo's vintage fit chinos, literally the only 100% cotton that feels sturdy, proper straight cut without actually being true vintage-wide, not elasticated, much-higher-than-average rise chino I've ever seen at such a price. I personally prefer them to most trousers most people I meet wear these days.
Obviously they are not made in the requested countries though.
Otherwise, as stated, second-hand is the only real option. I've actually bought a literal dozen of second-hand Gran Sasso knits on Vinted for 20-40€ a piece.
