I'm going to be traveling a bunch for work and will need to carry 3 suits, a blazer, and 3 pairs of slacks for a 10-12 day trip. What good/reasonably priced carry on do you guys recommend?

That's lots of clothing for a 10-12 day trip. Most garment bags carry 2-3 suits, but they tend to be quite large and cumbersome. For a trip of that length I would wear the blazer and pack two suits, shirts, and other accessories in a carry-on case. I'd carry a smaller carry-on packed with toiletries and an extra pair of shoes.

With 3 suits, a blazer, 3 slacks you will presumably be needing 6 or more shirts and 3+ pairs of shoes. Plus your other stuff.

You need to face facts and either reduce what you bring or check your bag. Carrying on is not going to happen with this much crap.
