I recently got hold of a couple of bottles on a trip to Italy and realised afterwarfs that I'm not absolutely sure how to use it (and what for if I'm honest). I have both shell and calf shoes. Thanks.

I use it to clean and condition calfskin shoes. It's a nice alternative to Saphir Renovateur.

Quick update on the Crema Alpina. WOW!!! Great on calf yes but I also tried a thin rubbed coating on my Vass cigar shells, left them for an hour and then a quick buff with a soft cloth. They look incredible, I'm shocked. I don't plan on doing this often but as a yearly treatment I think it might appropriate. See below for yourselves ( sorry no before photo as I didnt expect much change)

I am rejuvenating this old topic because I, too, used Crema Alpina mostly on shell cordovan. It also brought shine to one matte leather that other creams or polish just didn't effect. It's the best damn thing I've tried on shell, but it's very difficult to get hold of. Hence my message.

Does anyone here have sources for this wonder cream?

Ditto, bumping this in case someone knows where to buy? There is actually an online retailer now selling Crema Nubiana (Pierre's) but sadly no shipping to the US.

I've yet to find something better than this stuff for shell cordovan.

Difficult to find even in Europe although is madevin ITA. Carmina uses it (at least it used to) for their shell. The best for shell I have experienced with. Ps. I think Crema Alpina is the name for distribution in the USA. Sorry I cant help you.
