So, have a beautiful new classic black tuxedo, french-cuff forward-point collar shirt, patent leather slippers, and now need a few things:
    1. Cufflinks (classic and beautiful, willing to spend money here)
    2. White suspenders (a la Bond in Casino Royale)
    3. Dark red / burgundy tuxedo socks

Anyone suggest the best place to look for the above accessories? I live in NYC, so availability of stores shouldn't be a problem...anyone have any particular brands / stores I should look at?

Go for a stroll on Madison (& 5th Ave) between 45th and 57th and you'll be able to get it done.

    BB flagship store: 346 Madison
    Paul Stuart: Madison & 45th
    Saks
    Bergdorf
    Turnbull & Asser: 50 E 57th

A suitable wardrobe for braces and socks, although I recommend against red

Best tux accessory is unquestionably an attractive date on your arm. Black tie almost always seems better done when it has a minimum of peacockery.

    1. You could spend money there... but I'd suggest sticking with Kent Wang for timeless, affordable designs.

If you require the best and price is truly no object then Mikimoto has a beautiful Black Pearl cufflink and stud set. Harry Winston has something similar but diamond encrusted and garish.

Before we go any further, you should probably say what you mean by "willing to spend some money."

I think the Bvlgari monete antiche cufflinks are some of the best tuxedo accessories - but the approximately $4000 retail price could cover a lot of other indulgences that you might get more pleasure out of.

Is "some money" in the $50-$500 range? $500-$1500? $1500+?

Also, do you like ball cufflinks or flat? Stones? Precious metals? Color or solid? How often will you be using them?

I really want to emulate the Daniel Craig Bond look from that picture. So something like a solid metal wedge for the cufflinks...not ball cufflinks.

I guess money isn't really an issue, just looking for inspiration / beautiful links. I guess what are the top "brionis" and "kitons" of the cufflink world, in terms of brand?

Huge sale right now. For those who wear a Tux only now and then, and really don't want to spend a mint on one (as opposed to a go-to suit for work or play), Joseph A. Banks is having their 70% off sale. That's 70% off of everything. I bought the Signature line with the grosgrain satin peak lapels, single button when they ran this sale during the summer. It is a very nice tux, especially for $268.00. Actually, it's a steal for that price considering that a Vera Wang rental is $199 at my local Men's Wearhouse. Pick up some cuffs and a shirt at these prices as well, or any accessories that you may need. They'll even throw in a new phone (which I don't need, but would immediately wind up on ebay to lessen my costs). I think the sale ends today. Have a good one, gentlemen.

1 ST Dupont as used in Quantum of Solace and Casino Royale or Dunhill from older Bond movies. Cartier & Bulgari do nice Palladium plated Sterling Silver set as well.

2 Albert Thurston Moire Braces is the only choice here

3 Gallo, Dore Dore, Sozzi, bresciani or other quality Fil de ecosse over the calf, plain models will do, but stick with black

The Dupont cufflinks have been sold out for a while. They might start showing up on eBay. There was a guy in Singapore selling knockoffs that were palladium plated for $20. I picked up a pair a joke and ended up wearing them for my daughter's wedding. They look pretty good.

I picked them up on eBay. I don't see any by the same seller there anymore.
