Out of the hotel teas I've been to, which aren't that many, I prefer Mandarin Oriental.

The problem though with imported British chocolates is that they lack the adhesives that prevent American chocolate from melting (and also make them taste like ****) and therefore the chocolates melt and harden repeatedly on the journey over.
Haven't noticed a taste difference, but melted Smarties sound pretty good to me.
