Best tailors for classic hollywood/jazz era suits?

What are some good bespoke or MTM suit tailors that focus on a “classic Hollywood” or “jazz era” style? I want something a little fuller/drapier and not slim or skinny. I live in the Bay Area and will be visiting NYC later this year.

Not a Zoot suit. More like what Fred Astaire, Clark Gable and Carey Grant wore.

That's a big and varied era. From the wide lapels of the late 1930s to the late 50s suits of Miles or the Rat Pack.

Jazz era should be distinguished from the conservatively tailored Astaire, Grant, etc

Most of my uncles dressed like that. My Dad not.
He was much closer to what we now call trad.
