Best source for scarves?

Not picky about material so much as quality--I'd prefer a finer wool over a crappy cashmere. Flexible on price up to around $200-250.

Brooks seems to have some higher quality examples, made in Scotland, etc., but am wondering if it's really the best value. J. Press has a few I'll have to check out in person, but given their overall decline, I'm not optimistic about the quality.

Any sources overseas I should be looking into? H&K doesn't seem to list any on their website, SAB doesn't appear to carry them either. Drakes appears to have a good selection, but £235 (cashmere) for a scarf is really pushing it, especially buying sight unseen. Any US retailers carry these?

Howard Yount's seem really nice and the price is fair, just like with his other products.

Thank you both.

More scarves than you thought possible.

And if those arent enough, the new collection is now online at our parent company here.

PS: If you are looking to match a particular coat color we do that for free :) and can provide visuals as well.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
