Best shopping spots in Vancouver on a budget? (Thrift and Non-thrift)

I am visiting in Vancouver for the next two days and need someone to point me in the right direction as to where the best deals are for fine casual and formal clothing. I will be hitting up the thirft stores tommorrow so I would prefer advice on the best thrift/consignment first.
