Best shoes with jeans and dress shirt??

I feel like my business suit shoes are a bit too dressy for the weekend outfit. The more smart casual look I'm referring to might not be a dress shirt... could be a plain shirt and jacket or something like that. Regardless, definitely more casual than my usual suit.

I tried the whole chucks thing... meh. Looks too skater/teenager. I'm 31, for reference.

Any ideas? I kind of like the suede look. I've seen what looks like Clarks. Maybe other companies are making that look, too.

I saw Timberland and Varvatos shoes that are leather, but more casual.

Suede loafers, some kind of suede boot. I like heavy, grained leather wingtips.

Difficult to find lace, black, suede shoes.

Anybody have thoughts on which color in a suede looks best with dark navy jeans? Grey, maybe?

You can try grey loafers or the big boots too.

Nothing wrong with fabric shoes (Chucks). I was wearing them a year ago, when I was 31.

I don't think of leather shoes when I think of summer and casual. I envision horsebit loafers or skater loafers working. You might wanna roll up your pant legs.

Nothing against chucks. I own a pair and they look great. Especially when you roll up your pant cuffs. I am 30 btw .
For a more classy style i'd recommend suede loafers.
