FB locations in Downtown and Newton most of the time stock a couple AE models for about $200 or less. Hermes store by the Four Seasons carries some shoes, but I don't much care for their styling.
If you are after the sort of shoes that won't be seen on every other schnook, then LB is your place. Be prepared for sticker shock, though.
