BB is very good -- so good that despite the temptation, I've never strayed and tried Mercer. FWIW, BB MTM will NOT do MOP buttons (at least they wouldn't a year ago), but I think the OCBD is one shirt which is fine without them.

Gitman Brothers shirts are made in their own factory in Ashland, Pennsylvania. Gitman also makes shirts for Thom Browne and Cole Haan. Brooks Brothers made in the usa shirts are manufactured by the Garland shirt factory in Garland, North Carolina.
