Best place to send shirts in for monogram?

Looking for the best place to send in a couple of my shirts for monograming. Looking for tight high quality stitching.

Better yet, give us pics and to name names.

I imagine there are dozens of tailors in China and Hong Kong who could provide the service for cheaper, if money is an issue.

Hand is obviously nicer, and probably has more customization options (if that matters to you). The main difference is in the back. Machined monograms need a fabric backing, whereas hand ones (as I understand the process) do not.

I have a place in the garment district that does a nice job and get to about 3/16.
i saw the machine mono that club Monaco does in their fifth ave and 20th st location.
you can read that one from 20 yards away.

I have an old Italian lady who does a great job, but she really does not want to take work from strangers.

there is a company doing hand monograms for several shirtmakers.
they would take outside work, but i forwarded this thread to them.
i want to let them make their own decision before i post the info

A really good monogram, be it on a shirt or on a pocket square, if done by hand can look awesome.

Any one on the continent that can do this?

I have not seen a good machine monogram- maybe its out there but to me they always look rough. Got a couple MTM shirts from my favorite cheapy and the monograms are almost pixelated, they are so bad.
