Hello guys, I am looking for brands that sell these because I think they're a better alternative to belts. Any price point.

Spier & Mackay, Natalino, Yeossal for more affordable options. The Armoury, Drake's, Anglo Italian for more expensive options.

Anderson Sheppard Haberdashery in London offer several cuts some with side adjusters.
A few years ago they were all MTM, but apparently now available RTW .I was extremely
impressed that they had sample pants that fit me perfectly- I am a difficult fit.

Throwing in a vote for Luxire. You'll need to have some risk tolerance whilst you're refining your pattern, but they're great value for money and an almost unlimited variety of fabrics to choose from.
