Hi SFers,

Looking at getting a pair of C&J Oxfords and was wondering where the best place to buy them online would be? Plal still the best bet? Was also wondering where i can get a few good pairs of cufflinks?

Cheers.

+1 for Pediwear. I also purchased from Plal a while ago but I am not sure if they still stock C&J. I had no issue with either shipping to Sydney.

Have to agree with the others - online is the best bet. You can get some at Herringbone but, though I like Herringbone as a store, when I can buy handgrades in London for less than what bench grade C&Js go for at HB, I always manage to find room in the suitcase.

Pediwear and ShoesNorthampton also have free shipping to Aus on C&Js I believe.

shoesnorthampton.co.uk or just call the factory store (it's been posted in the forum before)

I thought you can't order from Plal anymore?

Just email Richard using the 'Contact Us' page. He has pretty much all the styles you could find in C&J.

His service and prices are the best I've experienced.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
