Trying to get recommendations for where I can find the best peacoat now, not sure where to look in terms of this year's f/w collections

Peacoats don't really change much over the years do they? One of those classic garments. And I'm sure there's plenty of threads on the subject.

The nicest peacoats IMO are military ones. Especially the ones made after ww2 with 6 buttons using kersey wool and corduroy pockets.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
