1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Maybach 100% I just didn't like the seats in the Phantom. The Lexus ls600 looks very comfortable, and the exterior has presence if not decent looks. Apparently boring to drive, but whatever, I'm too young anyway...

Definitely Maybach. Being reclined in the back of a 62 is awesome. And it looks like an S class, so to most people you are kind of under the radar (more so than in the hideous monstrosity of a brick that is the Phantom).

    I'm surprised by LK's response.
I would have thought he would prefer something like a Hispano Suiza Landaulet or something like that.

Lucky you! I've only been in a couple 57s and a 57 s. I was upset when the new s-class came out, it makes the Maybach seem less special. More people would look before, but now it is good for blending in if you don't want a flash old royce

For the full dictator, a Mercedes 600 in black.

    +100 for the Benz 600 circa 1968

The first car that awed me...[IMG]

Interior is nice on the spur, and I guess it would be good to drive as well. Arnage if you want the road presence

While the Maybach is undoubtedly nice, it just looks like a more expensive S Class. If I had the money (which I never will), I'd just get an S65.

Maybach. I've sat in the back of one. The one I was in had reclining rear seats, enough leg room to stretch your feet, and had all the entertainment options available like wireless noise cancelling headphones linked to the headrest lcd.

The Maybach Landaulet (doesn't look like just another S Class):

Czech Tatra Limosines. Always black, packing tank like weight, in box-like design, afording the average Communist Party Flack the feeling of absolute power over the citizenry.

I was impressed by the Mayback I saw at the local auto show but the stretch version (460L) of the new Lexus LS is really luxurious.

    So there is no mistake:

Even if you cannot obtain one of these, teh blinds are a nice touch. I used to work with a fellow who had installed them in his Volvo 850.

Very good choice ....my favourite car by the way.

The Landaulet version is a bit over the top but ......why not [IMG]

I'm deadly serious (I'd change the colour).

Hey... if you're gonna do it, might as well DO IT.

But it does possess all the proper limo features missing in today's crass society.

The driver is appropriately located open air and anonymous because she would be wearing a full helmet.

Full button-tufted interior...harem style, with all luxuries.

    voice-command electronic curtains.

    Fully integrated, bespoke hookah.

And...key key key...Crager SS rims (although the spinnerettes need to be added).

    That's the epitome of Pimp.

You expect one of those gaudy Baroque revival gilt and crystal wall sconces from the '70s to be on the tufted walls.
