As of April 2016 Rove is not currently producing the Eames replica. I received an email from one of the representatives replying to my enquiry. Apparently they are having issues with the quality control for some parts from their suppliers, and have therefore ceased production until they can be satisfactorily resolved

There is nothing like the best Eames lounge chair replica. It all depends on your preferences. I got Eames replica from barcelona designs.My inspection revealed two tiny nicks in the edge grain of the molded wood on one of the chairs, hardly noticeable without a magnifying glass. Otherwise, there were no flaws. flex mounts to attach the back to the cushion, and it felt very authentic. Even when I'm not sitting in it, I find myself looking at it and smiling. Its just a gorgeous piece of art. Form and function.

I'm also considering getting an ELC but I'm for sure not going to get the real one due to the high price. Wondering if anyone bought the chair from any of the upper suppliers and can let us know their experience after 6-12 months of using it?

The thing with these replicas out there is that they might look all good and fancy when you get them but after a while it might start to have quality issues from what I've heard.

At the moment I'm inbetween MHM and a certain Amazon seller.

Edit: I can see all the posts go way back but would love to hear any experiences with the lounge chairs from any sellers.
