What is the best retailer (in terms of price, width of selection and service) for C&J?

Plal seems to have better price for handgrade but not benchgrade shoes, compared to Pediwear.

My reservation with Plal is that they do not stock all the models, and therefore would take a while to get it to you (they would order from factory once a month?)

Can somebody clarify if Plal charge for shipping and if custom fees/duties are included, for shipping to the US?

Plal ships handgrades for free. And I've never been charged duty.

I've ordered all my C&Js from Bodileys (shoesnorthampton.co.uk). Good customer service and free shipping for both handgrade and benchgrade, whereas pediwear charges an additional £18 for shipping to the States.

Um, who cares? They're super helpful and have good prices (although the decline of the GBP has dented their price advantage).

I've ordered a pair of CJ shoes and more recently a belt. Shoes had free shipping since they were handgrade, belt cost to ship. It usually took me about 2.5 weeks to get my stuff. If you're not in any rush, and Plal is cheaper, then go with them.

I just ordered a pair of shoes from pediwear this morning, and they now ship ALL C&J shoes free to the states. It used to cover only handgrades.

I think that even pediwear does not stock all the shoes - atleast in my case I was given a fairly long wait time to source the shoe. They are very good at communicating and customer service is pretty good.
