Best dressed while handcuffed

In our darker moments, it pays to look good.

A few ground rules:

•Half points if a jacket is covering the culprit's head, unless its bespoke
•Extra points if the best dressed is a celebrity
•Extra points for each police officer holding an arm
•Half points if the best dressed shows signs of being in a fight/manhandled
•Double points for being strewn over a police car (extra point for lights flashing)
•Points deducted for sunglasses covering shame
•No points if arrested is already in the car

•Chicks in panties welcome/encouraged

This dude knows how to take an arrest with a stiff upper lip but forgot to fasten his belt
