This one is easy, the cast of "Mr Selfridge" are the best dressed on tv.

even down on his luck looks better than the entire cast of "Mad Men"
Just as good??? the ENTIRE cast of "Ripper Street".
in both of these shows, even the extra's looked fantastic. Best dressed. on TV.
