derek and the dominoes live at fillmore has some FIRE on it and IMO the best i've ever heard from him. one of the best live albums ever.
crossroads II: live in the seventies boxed set


those are probably gonna get you the most live bluesy stuff. there's some R&R mixed in, but he's peaking on these albums.

I am all for his earlier ones. The Rainbow Concert, E.C. was here and the Derek Live at the Filmore are nice. Just One Night has lost much of it's appeal to me, and everything Clapton released since quitting alcohol is music for men without balls.

Why Does Love Got to be so Sad is a killer on this one. If you can put up with the long intro and long outro.

Will add a vote for Derek at the Fillmore. I had that on two tapes and I just about wore them out in my old car. Still haven't gotten around to picking it up and CD, and I miss it.
