Best Brand Cargo Shorts?

I'm looking for other good brands.

If you're gonna get cargo shorts, you might as well get some military-issue ones from a surplus store. At least they have the true purpose and function.

Why the hate on cargo shorts? They are functional, comfortable, and serve a need (for me at least). I wear them whenever I want to bum around...whether at home or out and about. But of course I have non cargo shorts when I dont want to look like a total slob!
I have a couple pairs of Polos that I picked up TJ Maxx for $20 or so on clearance. I think they are a great value if you find them on clearance.

meh, despite the hate towards shorts in general, I do tend to wear shorts quite often in the summer here. I am also on the younger side, so I guess its a bit more acceptable. 99.9% of my shorts are Bills Khakis. I find they hold up really well, and they are insanely comfortable.

Nothing wrong with shorts. I have a problem with cargos though. They are so sloppy. If you arent doing some sort of outdoors event (fishing, hiking...) then dont do it.

Those front pockets are awful. I don't know about cargo shorts. Edun had a nice pair of shorts this summer that weren't cargo shorts but had a special pocket located roughly right-kidney for your phone.
