Looking for some low top leather sneakers. Don't care about brand. Budget is $300/$400 but prefer to just go wherever the best bang for buck is.

If you want the common projects "look" for a lower price, I would suggest Gustin sneakers if you can wait for a bit for your sneakers to arrive, otherwise, Svensson white sneakers are also made from leather in Italy. They are quite similar. However, as your budget is quite high, you may simply purchase Common Projects as norsefanboi said (they retail for 410USD).

The Gustin CP copies are trash. I bought a pair when they first started doing them, so maybe they've improved of the past few years, but they had really **** looking creasing after only two wears that highlights the relative cheapness of the quality of the leather uppers. And the shape of the toebox is pretty awkward/unflattering.

Spend a bit more and get SLP court classics (I like the Andy as well since it reminds me of 90's skate shoes)

I'm quite partial to the Wings + Horns Classic lows. I believe the Buttero Tanino leather lows are also pretty nice as well, although have never experienced them firsthand.
