I just watched Empire of the Sun for the first time last week. It was worthwhile, though it had very little "war" for a war movie.
And both John Malkovich and Joe Pantoliano? Should win the poll just for that.

Rambo: First Blood, is from 1982. I think is a fantastic movie.
