Roma –– I am for you. Great content. Will look up and read later.

I will address you in 3rd person since you have me on block. Edina is an imbecile. He thinks he's a ****-poasting connoisseur, but is at best a dilettante. The way the internet works is you can quickly find many things that exist with the stroke of a key. Roma probably read this while taking a dump 4 decades ago at a barber and found it in five seconds. Edina and those of his ilk try to dumb this forvum dumb by making jokes that don't follow logically, and extolling poasters who eschew logic. Sometimes this works out OK but not great: such as Edina's championing Manouche, who while he really wasn't funny, the idea of him was. But it mostly Edina just discourages and exasperates good poasters like Roma from poasting, and brings out the worst instincts in teh Bear and others. He is a pox upon this forvum.

My memory is starting t get a little :confused2: as I proceed into my seventh decade, but I'm almost positive that I have never taken a dump in a barbershop.

Thinking of having a bespoke western outhouse made-up. I have a number of porta potty versions, but they are sub-optimal in fit as they are RTS (ready to ****). Not looking for a dressy western saloon outhouse or an outhouse with western detailing, but an honest-to-goodness western outhouse for casual ********.

This was all thoroughly covered earlier in this thread (check pgs 54 - 99)

I’m pretty sure that no one has addressed the elephant in the room: Which craftsman should make the saddle for the 911? And while the obvious choice is western style, what if the best craftsmen specialize in English saddles? Should Foo ask an English specialist to make a western saddle? And what leather? The variables are endless…

For an excellent compendium of the varieties of Western Wear I
recommend this trailer for the Coen Brothers "Ballad of Buster Scruggs"

We used to play high school basketball against a team from Maude, TX and when we played at their gym I would always see several girls with cans of snuff in their back pocket - they’d be leaning against the door, watching the game while spitting into a soda cup.

Foo would want Hermès to learn how to tool leather.
