Steed as mentioned, are at 12 Saville Row, but visit NYC four or five times a year. But, if looking at traditional UK bespoke, avoid the London tailors altogether. Two recommendations : Tom Brown, Eton. 20 miles West of London. Traditional tailor, serving Eton College and worldwide customers. A chance to visit both historic Eton and Windsor.
Souster and Hicks, Woburn, 40 miles North of London. They have some original ideas, but more expensive than Tom Brown. Both use traditional bespoke methods as well as made to measure.

A wild card! Consider Luxire in India, all done online with English and Italian worsted. Incredibly well made at a remarkable price. Their standard pricing is in US dollars. For a pair of trousers this approach can work.
Are they actually at 12 Savile Row? Google maps say they are based elsewhere. There was a Steed on the correct side of the Row when I was at Richard James’s but that closed down and became an Evisu store while I was working there. That was like 20 years ago?
