bespoke suit in nyc-suggestions please?

hi all, im new her and glad i found this site. looks like it can be a useful tool to ensure i am always well dressed!
can anyone suggest a good place in nyc to buy quality fabric and a tailor to make me a suit?all in what can i expect to pay?

What do you consider minor extras? In house fabrics you should come in shy of $1k. If you're looking for bone or horn buttons you will need to source your own. He suggests waiting until the second fitting before you source them to get the color right.

well for example, i noticed he charges extra for say hand stitches, functional buttons, those kinds of things...
