I am having a belt/drawstring type feature on my new bespoke suit so I can give a modest increase/decrease to my waist suppression. Has anyone else seen/done this? I'm looking forward to my result. I am implementing this along with laces on the back of my waistcoat.

It sounds like a good idea, but won't the fabric pull? Either way, can't wait to see the results.

Why not? Is the drawstring somewhere on the inside and quite discreet?

How about a reebok pump-type mechanism as well for adustable shoulder padding, depending on how "FU" you're feeling any given day of the week?

A sphincter operates along pretty much the same principles.

I should know.

Rubinacci.

You thought you had drape. It's actually that you haven't figured out to pull the drawstrings tight.

To the OP - I await the pics with interest. I have coats with this feature and have seen a version on some quilted/padded jacket/coat hybrids, but can't imagine how it would work on a formal jacket. This should be most edifying....
